Weapon fusion and evolution: matching tiers, T4, and what comes next

Bought another Scatter Cannon without using another slot? Matching weapons of the same tier combine automatically. Raising a tier through fusion is different from evolving a weapon.

Match the name. Match the tier.

Own a T1 Scatter Cannon and buy another T1 to combine them into one T2. There is no separate fusion button: this purchase upgrades the existing slot instead of adding another weapon.

Check the tier before spending

Matching pairs can take you towards T3 and T4. A T1 purchase does not fuse with a lone T2. T4 is the fusion cap, not a step towards T5.

Evolution needs a recipe and a reward choice

Evolution requires a T4 base weapon and its listed recipe requirements. After those conditions are met, the evolution can appear as a chest reward. You still have to choose it; reaching T4 does not trigger the change automatically.

Binary Pulse is a full-release preview

The official explanation uses T4 Pulse Rifle and High Voltage Capacitor as an example of Binary Pulse eligibility. The October 29 preview explicitly places Binary Pulse in the full release. Practice tier fusion in the demo without treating that evolution as a promised demo unlock.
