Controller support is now in the demo
The October 22 update added controller support to the free demo. Update the game, grab your controller, and head back to the Gate Deck.

Update first, then enter the arena
Use the latest demo build on Steam before trying your controller. Weapons still attack automatically, leaving you to focus on movement, dodging, materials, and between-wave choices.
Tell us how your device feels
The update followed a player request about controls. If you try it on Steam Deck or another device, share what feels right and what does not work as expected.
Include the details
- Your controller or device model and operating system.
- Whether the issue happens in menus, movement, or a between-wave shop.
- The wave, reproduction steps, and a screenshot if available.
Find your next loadout
The demo remains a slice with six starting weapons and seven waves. Start with a familiar weapon, then compare how another pairing changes the routes you take.
